What do you share?

The company; that, after the process, you still want to work there; the green flags you met (and up to 2 red ones); your ratings of reply speed, how long it all took, fairness and respect; when it was, the role and how far you got (Application sent, Company confirmed screening, First interview, Multiple interviews, Position offered); how it ended (Hired, Not hired, I withdrew, Still waiting); and one line in your own words.

Is it anonymous?

Yes. The story shows on the company's page without your name, or only to a circle of friends if you choose. The company never learns who wrote it, and can only reply in public, under your story.

Why share a process that went well?

Because candidates choose where to spend their time. A process that replied fast, gave feedback and kept its steps clear is worth knowing about, and it shows the company what to keep doing.

What helps the next candidate most?

What they can prepare for: how many rounds there were, what each one asked, how long the replies took and who you met. A clear process is worth describing step by step.

What does ✅ Verified application mean?

You can show us an email the company sent about your application, and we check it is real. The mark then says you were really in that process. It does not check what you wrote: that stays your own experience.
