🙋 What this site is

A place where people say how a company treated them while hiring.
We count what people picked and show their own ratings. We never judge a company.
You need to be 16 or older to sign up.

A review is your own account of what happened to you. You own it, you are responsible for it.
Keep it true, keep it about your own experience, and leave names of individuals out.

Insults, slurs, threats, anything aimed at who a person is.
Made up stories, other people’s stories, secrets you promised to keep, private contact details.

A hiring email we check earns the ✅ Verified application mark. It shows the person really was in that company's hiring process; it does not check what they wrote, which is their own experience. Without it, the review shows as not verified yet.
Both count in the company numbers, and the chart keeps them apart.

A clip is recorded with a mask on and your voice changed, in your phone, before it is sent.
We look at every clip before it appears. Do not film other people, and do not show anything that names you.

Anyone can report a review. We look at reports and remove what breaks these rules.
If we remove something of yours we tell you why, and you can ask us to look again.

We host what people write, we do not write it and we do not check every line before it appears.
Once someone tells us about something illegal, we act on it quickly.

You can delete a review, a clip or your whole account whenever you like.
Anonymous counts stay in the company chart, with nothing that points back to you.

Swedish law governs these terms and your use of the site.
If you live in the EU, the EEA, Switzerland or the UK, you also keep every protection the consumer law of your own country gives you. Choosing Swedish law never takes those away.
You can take a dispute to the courts where you live or to the courts of Sweden. If we ever have to go to court against you, we do it where you live.
A company that claims its page agrees that disputes with us go to the courts of Sweden only.
Write to us first. Most things get sorted faster by email than in court.

Swedish law governs these terms and disputes go to the courts of Sweden, unless the law where you live does not allow that.
Reviews are written by the people who post them. Under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act we are not the publisher or speaker of what others post, and keeping or removing a post does not change that.
Copyright complaints go to legal@dontwanttoworkthere.com with the details the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) asks for. We remove what infringes and close the accounts of people who keep doing it.
If a claim is made against us because something you posted broke these terms, you cover our reasonable costs of it, as far as the law allows.

The site is free and offered as it is. We keep it running as well as we can, but we cannot promise it is never down and never wrong.
Each review is its author's own account. We are not responsible for what other people post, but we act on it once we are told it is illegal.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or a lost chance.
Nothing here limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it, such as for harm we cause on purpose or through gross negligence.
